In the early morning hours of July 4th, torrential rains triggered flash flooding in central Texas. At least 120 individuals had been killed, together with dozens of youngsters who had been at summer time camps alongside the Guadalupe River. The river rose greater than 20 ft in lower than two hours. More than 150 individuals stay lacking. #CNN #News
