Texas State Rep. Nicole Collier joined ABC News Live to debate her resolution to remain contained in the state Capitol as a part of a protest towards the state’s controversial redistricting plan.
Collier was a part of a trio of Texas Democrats who slept in a single day within the statehouse as a substitute of touring house with a mandated legislation enforcement escort ordered by Republican management.
