The Best Eats in Mexico City | Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations | Travel Channel

Anthony is in Mexico City, as much as his ears in scrumptious beans, jalapeños, and all of the stew one may need. He begins at a meals cart run by the unbelievable Dona Anastasia. Dona hand crafts recent blue corn tortillas, or what Anthony describes because the “best tortillas ever.” Then, he samples an array of tacos— “wet tacos” stuffed with guts, tongue, eyeballs, and al pastor. The subsequent day, Anthony joins buddies Martin and Carlos for an early morning breakfast at Fonda Margarita. The trio take pleasure in heaping plates of chicharrón, huevos rancheros, meaty stews, and steaming scorching beans.
