The Dead Files’ retired NYPD homicide detective Steve DiSchiavi and psychic medium Amy Allan travel to Slaughters, Kentucky to investigate paranormal activity terrorizing a mother and her kids. The mother says she often hears voices and sees shadow figures but most disturbingly believes the entities in her home are causing health problems, personality changes, and even physical harm. As Amy explores the home, she gets a sense that one of the spirits has a unique ability to infiltrate people’s dreams, causing them to not know the difference between sleep and reality.
