Counter-protesters have turned out in UK cities amid warnings of not less than 100 far-right marches being deliberate for Wednesday evening.
People had been on the streets of cities and cities together with Bristol, London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Brighton.
More than 6,000 specialist police had been mobilised amid fears of a repeat of the violence seen across the nation over the previous week.
