Hamas and Israel are exchanging hostages and prisoners immediately within the fifth swap of a fragile ceasefire in Gaza.
Hamas has named the three hostages it has stated might be launched and expects 183 Palestinian prisoners to be freed.
The three hostages are Eli Sharabi, Ohad Ben Ami and Or Levy.
