Three males and two ladies died in a "shocking" and "devastating" street crash involving two automobiles in Co Louth, Irish police mentioned.

The collision occurred on the L3168 in Gibstown, Dundalk.

Police mentioned the 5 victims have been all aged of their 20s and had been in the identical automobile, a Volkswagen Golf.
