Seven nurses from Darlington have received a case in opposition to an NHS belief after a transgender colleague was allowed to make use of feminine altering rooms.
An employment tribunal has dominated that employees who complained suffered harassment by the belief – which informed them to ‘broaden their mindsets’.
They filed claims on the grounds of sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation and breaches of the best to a personal life.
