Attorney General Pam Bondi introduced that the Justice Department is suing Maine over its refusal to adjust to a ban on transgender athletes in highschool sports activities. The lawsuit alleges that the state is violating Title IX, the federal regulation that prohibits sex-based discrimination at faculties that obtain federal assist.
