The US secretary of state has been speaking to reporters following the conclusion of talks together with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Saudi Arabia.
Marco Rubio stated the target of upcoming negotiations was to make sure a peace for Ukraine that was "fair, enduring, sustainable and acceptable to all parties involved".
