Donald Trump mentioned his Middle East tour was "really going well" as he landed in Qatar, and spoke about his assembly with the Syrian president.
Asked by reporters on Air Force One how he discovered Ahmed al Sharaa, the US president mentioned he was "great".
"He’s a young, attractive guy. He’s got a real shot at pulling it together," he mentioned.
Trump additionally mentioned Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani was a "great guy".
