A cellphone dialog held by Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin has now ended, in response to Russian state media.
The pair spoke for greater than two hours in a name that Putin referred to as "informative, frank and very useful", RIA Novosti reported.
"A ceasefire in the situation in Ukraine for a certain period of time is possible if appropriate agreements are reached," the Russian chief reportedly mentioned.
