President Donald Trump is on the bottom in central Texas to witness the destruction firsthand from final week’s catastrophic flash floods.
In Kerr County, Trump was greeted by Gov. Greg Abbott, who on Friday introduced the federal authorities up to date Trump’s catastrophe declaration to incorporate extra counties. Abbott stated the transfer "will provide critical assistance to Texans and communities impacted by the devastating flooding."
