JUST IN: Pres. Trump stated he is now contemplating sanction and tariff actions in opposition to Russia, till a ceasefire and peace settlement is reached with Ukraine.
"Russia is one of the most sanctioned countries in the world," ABC News’ Karen Travers stated. "So it’s not clear what they could actually do in terms of increasing sanctions."
