Trump will ‘declare victory’ if BBC settles
Chief govt of Newsmax Media, Christopher Ruddy, says the BBC made a "very serious effort to twist the facts" and "manipulate the truth" of President Trump’s speech.

He added the US president will "claim victory" if the BBC settles, and it’ll "certify his claim that the BBC manipulated the truth".
