Two Met officers face investigation after pregnant girl and child killed by police automotive

Two Metropolitan Police officers are beneath investigation for potential driving offences – after a closely pregnant girl died following a collision with an unmarked police automotive in south-east London on 17 October.

The 38-year-old girl, whose being pregnant was full-term, and her unborn baby, died on the scene following the crash on the A20 close to the junction with Kidbrooke Park Road.
