The King and Queen have attended a nationwide Service of Remembrance to mark the eightieth Anniversary of VJ Day.
The pair, together with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, laid wreaths on the National Memorial Arboretum. A two-minute silence was additionally held at noon.
