Omar left Kurdistan and paid a smuggler $15,000 (£12,000) to get him to Britain. He was there for 20 months, suffered a stroke, failed to achieve asylum.
He ended up paying a smuggler £500 to get him out of Britain and again to this squalid camp in France.
Based on the Government’s Rwanda legislation, Omar feared being deported and that led him to go away the nation, he says ”Britain will not be what folks assume it’s’.
