UK particular forces unit had ‘deliberate coverage’ to ‘kill fighting-aged males’, inquiry informed

There was a "deliberate policy" to "kill fighting-aged males" amongst some members of a British particular forces unit in Afghanistan, an inquiry has heard.

A senior officer stated he raised issues with the director of UK particular forces, however a "conscious decision" was made to cowl it up.
