Armed Forces Minister James Heappey has warned that energy bills could be a 100 times worse if the West does not back Ukraine against Russian aggression.
He was speaking ahead of what is expected to be a large hike in energy prices this winter.
Mr Heappey also said providing a £100bn guaranteed loan to energy companies to freeze the energy price cap for two years was not a solution.
