Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has referred to as for the creation of an "armed forces of Europe", insisting that his personal forces weren’t sufficient to counter Russia.
He instructed the Munich Security Conference: "The armed forces of Europe must be created. I really believe that time has come."
Ukraine has been defending itself from Russia’s full-scale invasion for practically three years.
