Joe Biden’s hopes of being re-elected in November suffered a serious blow final week after a report into his dealing with of categorised paperwork concluded he was a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory".
Mr Biden’s age, gaffes and obvious psychological fragility have been repeatedly focused and mocked by Donald Trump.
Britain’s former ambassador to the US, Lord Kim Darroch, informed Trevor Phillips the Biden marketing campaign wanted to take a "high risk" technique of getting the president "out there" if he was going to win a second time period in energy.
