ABC News has verified video of the second an ICE agent opened hearth, fatally taking pictures a girl behind the wheel of an SUV in Minneapolis.
The Department of Homeland Security mentioned the girl was allegedly "attempting to run over our law enforcement officers." The mayor of Minneapolis, nonetheless, mentioned the agent’s actions weren’t self-defense.
The FBI is investigating the taking pictures.
