Storm chaser Aaron Rigsby shot this video of a storm surge that washed away close by cellular houses in Steinhatchee, Florida. Rigsby was driving out the storm in a home close by. Speaking to CNN, he mentioned a number of of the houses floated away and "crashed into each other." #CNN #News #hurricanehelene
