Vladimir Kara-Murza, a twin British-Russian citizen, was freed after a historic prisoner swap between Russia and the West.
He had been held in a Russian jail for 2 years, a lot of it in solitary confinement, after being handed a 25-year jail sentence for treason.
The prices have been seen as politically motivated.
