State authorities are holding a information convention to announce Byron Black’s execution. This execution is Tennessee’s second since May, following a five-year pause.
The triple killer is the primary man executed with a working defibrillator in his chest after his bid to delay the execution was denied on Monday and has now been killed by deadly injection.
