South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster is holding a briefing on preparations for Hurricane Ian as it churns toward the state. Ian, which is now a Category 1 storm, is forecasted to make a second landfall somewhere near Charleston, South Carolina, mid-afternoon on Friday after wreaking havoc across Florida.
