Lucy Letby is sentenced as we speak after being discovered responsible of the tried homicide of a child woman. She was convicted of making an attempt to homicide the "very premature" toddler, often known as Child Ok, by dislodging her respiration tube within the early hours of 17 February 2016.
Letby was convicted final 12 months of the homicide of seven infants and the tried homicide of six others however the jury had been unable to achieve a verdict on the cost that she tried to homicide Baby Ok.
She was discovered responsible of tried homicide by a jury after a retrial at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday 2 July, 2024.
