West Virginia governor offers replace on US National Guard taking pictures
The governor of West Virginia, Patrick Morrisey, is giving an replace on the taking pictures of two members of the US National Guard in Washington DC.
The suspect, 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, is going through a first-degree homicide cost after the demise of 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom. Another soldier, Andrew Wolfe, was critically wounded within the taking pictures on 26 November.
