Whatever occurred to the ozone gap?
The ozone layer acts like sunscreen for the earth. It retains the solar’s UV radiation from frying the planet. But for a time, this lifesaving layer of fuel 20 miles up within the environment began to skinny. And people had been responsible. Fortunately, science and the world rose to the event and did one thing about it.
ABC News Chief Meteorologist and Chief Climate Correspondent Ginger Zee explains how the race to avoid wasting the ozone layer needs to be a lesson for what we are able to do to fight local weather change.
