White House: Pres. Trump has ‘definitively said U.S. boots is not going to be on the bottom in Ukraine’

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt says President Trump has "definitively stated U.S. boots will not be on the ground in Ukraine."

Leavitt then added, "we can … perhaps provide other means of security guarantees to our European allies."
