Why Big Tech Is Still Minding Its Bills

Even the deepest pockets have their limits. 

Amazon and Google-parent Alphabet sit on a mixed $184 billion in money and short-term investments. Those two, together with large tech friends Microsoft, Apple and Facebook-parent Meta Platforms, maintain the best such balances amongst nonbanking corporations on the S&P 500, in line with information from S&P Global Market Intelligence. Amazon and Alphabet are additionally at the moment producing slightly below $95 billion mixed in annual free money movement.
