The Federal Trade Commission is issuing greater than $126 million in refunds to Fortnite gamers who have been charged for in-game gadgets they did not need — and here is how individuals can file a declare.
The funds are a part of a 2023 settlement with Epic Games, the Fortnite developer, over allegations the corporate used "deceptive practices to trick players into making unwanted purchases," the FTC stated in a press launch Wednesday.
