As the warfare in Gaza continues, a gaggle of Israeli teenagers are saying no to the draft, a requirement for many secular Jews and different minorities over the age of 18. Since the warfare started, a dozen of those so-called “refuseniks” have publicly refused to enlist within the Israeli military, citing conscientious grounds. Their protest comes at a value: Some have served over 100 days in jail for his or her beliefs. And extra are planning to observe go well with.
