Will Post Office scandal victims get their names cleared? Sky News speaks to Dame Vera Baird

Sky’s Adele Robinson studies as Post Office Capture victims are involved in regards to the size of time they’re wating for exoneration.

Chair, Criminal Cases Review Commission, Dame Vera Baird, says "a key point to remember is they’ve got case loads of about 30 or so each, so we are pretty short staffed."

"There is a pretty determined effort to tackle these" however it’s the fabric that counts, she says.

"If there is no material the obvious outcome" is there can be a day that the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) should say they’ve carried out all they’ll.

But Dame Vera Bird says CCRC will "dig and dig and dig to find what we can, to try and make it different."
