After weeks of chilly, windless climate, elements of Britain are set to be hit by a significant storm this week.
The Met Office says Storm Eowyn will carry robust winds throughout the UK on Friday and into Saturday.
The strongest winds of 80mph will doubtless hit Scotland however a yellow warning is overlaying a lot of the nation, besides London and elements of the South East.
