Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted on fees alleging she hid an individual from arrest and obstructed a continuing earlier than a division or company of the United States.
Dugan was arrested on April 25 on the Milwaukee County Circuit Courthouse after being charged in a legal grievance. Prosecutors allege she was making an attempt to assist a defendant showing in her courtroom evade federal brokers who have been in a public hallway exterior her courtroom ready to arrest him for immigration violations.
