A girl has been charged following a reinvestigation right into a crash that led to the deaths of two eight-year-old schoolgirls.
Claire Freemantle drove the Land Rover that went via the railings of The Study Prep faculty in Wimbledon as pupils and their mother and father had been celebrating the final day of time period on the garden.
Selena Lau and Nuria Sajjad had been killed and others had been injured.
The 48-year-old was charged with two counts of inflicting loss of life by harmful driving and 7 offences of inflicting critical damage by harmful driving.
Freemantle indicated via legal professionals that she’s going to plead not responsible to the fees when she seems at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 16 June.
