The Met Police have stated a lady was "robbed of her suitcase by a group of four men, who sprayed a substance believed to be pepper spray in her direction" at Heathrow airport.
Police say armed officers responded to the incident and arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of assault, inside 9 minutes of the report coming in.
The London Ambulance Service handled 21 individuals with accidents, together with a three-year-old lady who was handled on the scene, police added.
