Elias Rodriguez has been charged with federal homicide in connection to the deadly capturing of two Israeli Embassy staffers outdoors the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC. Katie Kalisher who attended the occasion, says she spoke with Rodriguez shortly after the capturing and says he confessed to the killings.
