‘Words fail me’: UN rights chief says calls on Israel to permit in additional assist into Gaza

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, has informed Sky News Israel wants to permit 400 vans of assist into Gaza instantly to stave off a humanitarian disaster.

He described the scenario within the Strip as "beyond dystopian".

Earlier, Donald Trump referred to as on Israel to halt its offensive and mentioned there was "real starvation" in Gaza.
