Wrongfully convicted man’s launch from jail blocked by Missouri Supreme Court
The Missouri Supreme Court blocked the discharge of a wrongfully convicted man after a request from the state’s lawyer common. Christopher Dunn, whose 1990 first-degree homicide conviction was overturned once more Monday, was set to be launched Wednesday. It’s unclear why the lawyer common opposes Dunn’s launch.
