Arizona Senate repeals 1864 legislation that bans almost all abortions

Arizona’s governor plans to signal a invoice Thursday to repeal a 160-year outdated abortion ban. It was revived by the state Supreme Court final month. The Arizona Senate, which is managed by Republicans, narrowly voted to repeal the legislation that bans virtually all abortions.
