Floods swamping Southeast Texas, extra rain anticipated with totals nearing historic ranges

In Southeast Texas, the flood threat is dangerously excessive. Water ranges in some areas are practically as excessive as they have been throughout Hurricane Harvey, which dropped greater than 50 inches of rain in locations, setting a brand new North American report. This morning, flooding has hit neighborhoods and blocked off roads. Additionally, two to 5 extra inches of rain might fall earlier than the top of the week.
