Elizabeth Smart is flexing a brand new expertise. The 38-year-old—who has been an advocate for trauma survivors within the many years since her 2002 kidnapping and monthslong disappearance—shared that she has just lately developed a brand new ardour for bodybuilding. “I understand the shock,” Elizabeth wrote on Instagram April 21, alongside a photograph of her flexing in a blue bikini, “because had you asked me if I would ever compete in a bodybuilding show a couple of years ago I would have said, ‘absolutely not!
