Israel says it is restarting stalled cease-fire talks for Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed President Biden that he is determined to ship a delegation to restart stalled negotiations because the U.S. pushes for a cease-fire and the discharge of the remaining hostages held captive in Gaza. It comes after Hamas responded to a proposed three-stage cease-fire deal made public by Biden in May.
