The mom of James Bulger has mentioned Jon Venables "feels like he’s a celebrity" as she vowed to proceed "fighting" to disclaim him parole in two years.
Speaking to Sky’s Sophy Ridge, Denise Fergus mentioned she is "still in shock" after listening to one in all her son’s killers yesterday had his bid rejected by a parole board panel following a two-day listening to held behind closed doorways.
Venables, now 41, was jailed alongside Robert Thompson in 1993 for the brutal homicide of two-year-old James, after they had been each aged 10.
