LL COOL J Makes NCIS Return: On Set as Franchise Sets Up ‘New York’ Spinoff (Exclusive)

Three years after signing off from ‘NCIS: LA,’ LL COOL J is again within the ‘NCIS’-verse as Special Agent Sam Hanna for a two-episode visitor arc on the OG sequence, earlier than his full-time return within the new spinoff, ‘NCIS: New York’ (coming to CBS this fall).
