Thousands report points with US cellular companies

Interruptions to US cellular companies have been reported throughout the United States on Thursday morning.

Downdetector.com, which tracks outages, confirmed 1000’s of reviews made by customers of a number of networks after 04:00 EST (09:00 GMT).

The reviews for AT&T numbered round 32,000 – with hotspots within the southern and jap US, stated Downdetector.

Users say their telephones are displaying the SOS message, leaving them unable to make calls or entry companies.

The trigger is unclear. The BBC has approached the operators for remark.

Verizon – one of many networks that has acquired reviews on Downdetector – advised the BBC its community was working usually.

It steered prospects have been logging points after making unsuccessful makes an attempt to contact customers of one other supplier.
